Burning DVDs
Burning DVDs is a quick and easy way to backup material on your computer or to create easy movies. The process is pretty simple and takes about
twenty minutes. Sometimes your Data will take up more than one DVD. It is also possible to first copy a DVD to your computer and then re-burn it.
The first step to Burning DVDs is to find the DVD burner program. This will allow you to make backup DVDs, simply copy DVDs, or make a DVD copy of a favorite movie. There are different types of programs that can be chosen.

Three examples are Nero Burning DVDs ROM, Roxio Creator 2009, and Final Burner Free. Once the program is located, insert one of two types of discs: one-sided writable and rewritable DVD discs; which hold 5 GBs, or the two-sided writable and rewritable DVD discs that hold over 8 GBs. Next, from the pull down menu, locate DVD and click on it. From the same pull down menu locate and select the icon that refers to the type of copy you are making. Click Make DVD. You will be prompted to select which files you want copied. Select the files from your hard drive and click Finished.
